Inspect
We walk every site with you, read the carpet construction, the traffic load, and any condition issues that change the method. Nothing gets booked before we know what we're cleaning.
Clean
We pick the right method per carpet and traffic: hot-water extraction, low-moisture encapsulation, or a multi-step combination. Then we execute to the spec we agreed on at the walkthrough.
Verify
We walk the floor again with you after the work, confirm the condition, and log the visit so your records line up with what's on the floor.
If our first method doesn't solve it, we adjust methods until the expected result is achieved, within the realistic boundaries of the surface. In writing, on your job record, every time.

Can you service multiple sites on one schedule and one invoice?
Yes. One point of contact handles your full footprint, schedules across sites on a single calendar, and consolidates billing into one invoice when you want it. Line items stay clear so procurement and finance can audit the spend.
Can you work after hours so we don't disrupt operations?
Yes. We are able to work evenings, weekends, and overnight windows as part of how we run commercial carpet. We can schedule each visit so the floor is dry and walkable before your team is back on it.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Pure Light™ is licensed and fully insured, with general liability and workers' comp. We send a COI to your insurance contact on request, typically within one business day.
What if a high-traffic area doesn't come clean on the first pass?
If our first method doesn't solve it, we adjust methods until the expected result is achieved, within the realistic boundaries of the surface. We don't make absolute promises on carpet. We promise the work, in writing.

We choose the method at the walkthrough based on carpet construction and traffic load, including hot-water extraction, low-moisture encapsulation, and multi-step combinations. The choice is yours to approve before we book.
