We bring portable extraction equipment into your unit. It plugs into your kitchen or a utility outlet for water and power, so the service happens on your floor with the same craft, cleaning solutions, and quality controls we run at street level.

Step 1
Free in-unit assessment.
We come to your unit, walk the space with you, and scope the work honestly. If a surface needs restoration and not just cleaning, we say so. If the job is straightforward, we say that too.
Step 2
Building coordination and insurance.
We handle the freight-elevator window, the loading-dock check-in, and the certificate of insurance your HOA or building manager needs on file. You do not chase paperwork.
Step 3
Portable-equipment setup in your unit.
We bring in extraction, water, and power. Booties on at your door. Corner guards on the elevator ride up. No hoses trailing across the lobby.
Step 4
Walkthrough and follow-up.
We walk the finished work with you before we leave. The next day, we call to confirm the result is holding up.
