What dirty grout is actually costing you.
Customers, tenants, parents, and inspectors read a dingy floor as, this place isn't maintained. That perception costs more than the cleaning does.

The first impression
A guest walks in, looks down, and decides how they feel about the rest of the visit. Restrooms, lobbies, and entry vestibules set the tone before a single word is spoken.

Complaints in your inbox
Tenants email the property manager. Parents email the principal. Guests post a review. The floor is doing most of the talking.

Failed white-glove walks
Board walkthroughs, accreditation reviews, and pre-event inspections turn on how the floor looks under the lights. A dingy grout line is the easiest thing for a walker to catch.

A vendor you keep replacing
Most commercial floor vendors either can't get it clean or leave you chasing invoices, schedules, and callbacks. You keep switching, hoping the next one is different.
The Pure Light Standard™, at your facility.
Every commercial job runs on the same standard, from the first phone call to the signed job summary.
What we clean.
Every commercial tile and grout surface Pure Light™ services in San Diego, organized by the floor you're actually looking at.
How we clean.
Predictable, low-disruption, and buyer-facing. Four steps from first call to signed job summary.
Step 1
Scoping call with Pete Peterson, Commercial Sales · Pure Light™.
One phone call. We scope the work, walk your surface types, and returns a written estimate. If your portfolio spans multiple sites, one call covers all of them.
Step 2
Pre-job walkthrough with Andrew and the crew.
On the scheduled day, we arrive with the crew and runs a walkthrough with your on-site contact. Scope confirmed, access confirmed, anything coming up flagged. Then the equipment comes off the truck.
Step 3
Deep-clean the tile and grout.
Heat and pressure extraction lifts soil out of the grout line, not just the surface. For high-rises and hard-to-reach floors, we bring portable extraction that plugs into a kitchen for water and power, so a truck-hose limit is never the reason a job doesn't happen.
Step 4
post-job walkthrough and job summary.
We walk the finished work with your on-site contact. You get a signed job summary with scope, zones serviced, and completion notes. Board-ready, insurance-ready, and easy to file.
Portable equipment available for high-rises and hard-to-reach floors, so a truck-hose limit is never the reason a job doesn't happen.
Cleaning around your operations, not through them.
The scope is not we vacuum ducts. It is a documented process that ends with paperwork the facility lead can hand to their board or their insurance.

benefits
Most facilities can't afford a two-day shutdown for a floor cleaning. Neither can we. Pure Light™ schedules commercial tile and grout work around your operating hours. After-hours crews, weekend crews, and staged zones so half the floor stays open while the other half gets cleaned. Andrew coordinates directly with your on-site contact so the schedule never becomes your problem.
After-hours and weekend crews. Evenings, Saturdays, holiday-week windows.
Staged zones. One wing, one floor, or one restroom at a time so operations keep moving.
Andrew coordinates directly with your on-site contact. One phone call, Pete handles the rest.
"Anytime we call them and we have scheduling conflicts, we work together as a team and make it work."
