How do we know a coating will actually hold up in a high-traffic space?
We match the coating to the surface and the traffic pattern before we quote. On a heavily used commercial restroom, we clean the tile, color-seal the grout, and lock it in with RexPro, and the floor stays clean and looks new for up to ten years. If our first method doesn't solve it, we adjust methods until the expected result is achieved, within the realistic boundaries of the surface.
What coatings do you use, and how do you choose?
Four options carry most of what a commercial facility needs. MORE™ AntiEtch™ for marble, travertine, limestone, and onyx countertops (one of only two certified applicators in San Diego County). RexPro for high-traffic floors, exterior walls, and anti-graffiti applications. Grout Color Sealing to reset old grout to a uniform color. Adsil MicroGuard where a project specifies it by name, which we typically transition to RexPro. The walkthrough is where we choose.
How disruptive is the work to normal operations?
We coordinate low-disruption windows with your team, and we can work off-peak or overnight when a space requires it. The pre-job walkthrough is where we scope the timing around your calendar, and our portable equipment and coordinated scheduling mean we can scale across multiple sites.

What documentation do we get after the job?
A signed job summary with scope, zones serviced, and completion notes. Board-ready, insurance-ready, and easy to file. Product data sheets and photos on request.
