Some of the surfaces we service that make your buildings feel brand new.
Lobby and lounge seating
Sofas, sectionals, benches, and side chairs. Cleaned, protected, back in rotation the same day where scheduling allows.
Conference and dining chairs
Fabric and leather, cleaned in place. Meetings and services keep running.
Theater and auditorium seating.
Rows worked systematically. Between-shows scheduling available.
Held to the same standard as the rest of the property.
Leather reconditioning
Cleaned, conditioned, restored. Not just wiped down.
Delicate fabrics
Velvet, crushed velvet, dyed cotton. Handled with a method the fabric can actually tolerate.
We read the fabric before we touch it.
The right method for the fabric is not a preference. It's a matter of what the material can safely tolerate.

Hot-Water Extraction
Approved on: W and WS-coded fabrics. Most commercial upholstery, most lobby and lounge seating, most theater seating, most contract fabrics.
How it works: Truck-mounted extraction, professional-grade solutions, thorough rinse. Cleans the surface and fibers thoroughly, without over-saturating the cushion, so seating dries fast and goes back into rotation the same day.

Solvent Dry Cleaning
Approved on: S-coded fabrics and browning-prone textiles. Velvet, crushed velvet, dyed cotton, some silks.
How it works: Solvent-based, no water, no risk of browning or watermarking on delicate fibers.
After cleaning, an optional fabric protector locks the result in for daily commercial wear.
Available as an add-on at estimate.
Built for what you value as a commercial customer.
When facilities directors, hospitality engineers, and school district operations leads describe what they want from a vendor, four themes keep coming up. Pure Light™ was built around them.

The commercial upholstery questions worth answering upfront.
How do you handle multi-site scheduling across our locations?
One point of contact on our side carries the calendar for your account. You send us the sites and the operating hours; we build the sequence. Cajon Valley Union School District runs about thirty sites this way. Pre-job team meeting at every site so no location gets treated as a copy of the last one.
Do you have a contractor's license?
Can you work around our operating hours and event calendar?
What happens if a fabric can't be deep cleaned to the level we want?
The standard you hire is the standard that shows up.
Commercial upholstery, cleaned and protected across every site you run.
