What hotel operators tell us they are tired of.
These are the recurring conversations we have with building engineers, hospitality directors, and F&B leads across San Diego.

A lobby that reads tired.
Marble that used to catch the light does not anymore. Grout has gone dark at the elevator lanes. Guests notice before management does, and it shows up in reviews before it shows up on a work order.

A ballroom that photographs badly at a walkthrough.
A wedding planner walks the room. The carpet does not read the way the ballroom does in the sales deck. That single walkthrough is when an event is won or lost, and it is almost always a surface issue.

Drapes that miss inspection right before an event.
Fire marshal flags the banquet drapes ten days before a booked function. The event calendar does not move. The certification vendor list is short. Most of it is short for a reason.
What we handle inside a hotel.
One vendor for the lobby, the ballroom, the guest rooms, the restaurant, the pool deck, and the back-of-house. Every service links to a dedicated page if you want the detail.

Three departments, one point of contact.
Building engineering owns the schedule. Hospitality owns the guest experience. F&B owns the ballroom and the bar tops. Every hotel we serve has a version of this triangle, and every hotel we serve has spent time managing it themselves. We run the walkthrough with your engineering lead, align scope with the hospitality director, and schedule ballroom and F&B work around the event calendar. One point of contact for all three.

Honest, trustworthy, willing to get the job done, and willing to do what you're asking them to do, which is very rare nowadays.
The Pure Light Standard™
Every crew, every property, every service line, held to the same five things guests, GMs, and reviewers all notice.
Every sealing job, countertop or courtyard, is wrapped in The Pure Light Standard™.
Five questions we hear from hotel decision-makers.
How disruptive is this work to a live property?
We schedule around your event calendar and coordinate low-disruption windows with your engineering lead. When a space calls for it, we can work off-peak or overnight, and guest-room floors are cleaned in the vacancy window between checkout and check-in. Every job starts with a pre-job walkthrough so access, staging, and noise expectations are confirmed before we bring equipment on-site.
Can you coordinate across engineering, hospitality, and F&B?
Are you actually Cal Fire / OSFM registered?
What if the first method doesn't solve it?
How do I know you will show up the same way every time?
Walk us through your property.
Send us the property. We will scope the surfaces that need attention, align the walkthrough with your engineering lead, and put a proposal in your hands that covers every department. If the answer is Cal Fire, we will handle it. If the answer is lobby stone, we will handle it. If the answer is all of it, that is what we were built for.
