Three kinds of sealing. Here's which one is right for you.

Penetrating.
Water rolls off. Nothing looks different.
Everyday protection for countertops, floors, showers, and patios. Invisible, beneath the surface.

Coatings.
A protective layer on top.
The toughest shield: an etch shield on marble, or a premium coating that lasts up to ten years on stone, tile, or concrete.

Color-Enhancing.
A permanent wet-look. Darker, richer finish.
The wet-look concrete takes on when water hits it, only permanent.
Same standard, whichever sealer you choose.
Every sealing job, countertop or courtyard, is wrapped in The Pure Light Standard™.
Penetrating sealers. Invisible, beneath the surface.
When it's right for you
Soaks in. Wipes clean. Becomes invisible.
Water beads up like a freshly waxed car.
The everyday sealer for countertops, floors, showers, and patios.
Most homeowners don't need anything more than this. (Sometimes called an impregnating sealer. Same thing, different name.)
Coatings. A protective layer on top.
Coatings live on top of the surface: a true top-coat that shields against stains, etches, and wear. Pure Light™ leads with two premium coatings. One for etch-prone marble. One for everything else.
MORE™ AntiEtch™ Coating
For Countertops
The lifetime-warranty etch shield for marble.
One of only two certified applicators in San Diego County. Lifetime warranty against stains and etches on jobs completed October 2025 and after.
RexPro Coating
For Flooring
The premium coating that lasts up to ten years on stone, tile, and concrete.
Covalent-bond technology. Multiple SKUs for different surfaces. Up to a decade of service life.
Coatings are sometimes called topical sealers. Premium coatings like RexPro can last up to ten years, and standard coatings need renewing far sooner. Anti-graffiti coating is a specialty RexPro product for masonry, murals, and monument surfaces.
Penetrating color-enhancing sealers. The permanent wet-look.
color enhancing sealer
What it does. Soaks in like a penetrating sealer, then permanently darkens the stone.
What it looks like. The wet-look concrete takes on when water hits it, only permanent.
Why we test a hidden area first. The effect doesn't come off. We test on a hidden spot before we treat the surface.
Outdoors, UV softens the effect sooner than it does indoors, so outdoor surfaces come up for renewal first.
Seal it before it moves in.
New-Install Sealing
Contractors, interior designers, homeowners: send us the plans. We measure, dust down, and seal brand-new countertops or floors before first use.
Fast turnaround. Protection in place from the first day.
Grout that lost the war?
Repaint it, permanently.
what it needs
Grout that has already lost the war doesn't need another cleaning. It needs to be permanently sealed and recolored, so it looks installed yesterday again.
Some people call this grout restoration. Same service, either name.
Responsibility, not perfection.
If our first method doesn't solve it, we adjust methods until the expected result is achieved, within the realistic boundaries of the surface. If you're requesting an entirely new project, that needs to be scoped.
