Three specialties. Three doors.
Pure Light™ runs three specialty verticals with dedicated equipment, protocols, and buyer paths.
Four things premium environments need.
Yachts, high-rises, and hotels aren't harder to clean. They're harder to serve. Here's what changes.

Portable, environment-adapted equipment
Truck-mount extraction runs off a hose from the van. On the 15th floor of a coastal condo tower, that hose is too short. Portable units plug into a kitchen or utility closet for water and power, so real extraction reaches units other vendors can't serve.

Credentialed
Cal Fire / OSFM registered. One of very few certified in San Diego. MB Stone Restoration certified. MORE™ AntiEtch™ Certified Applicator, one of only two certified applicators in San Diego County. Licensed and fully insured.

Scheduling built around your operation
We plan around access windows and guest traffic to keep disruption low. When a job calls for it, we can also work off-hours, guest floors after checkout, ballrooms after last call, yachts before the charter.

Mercedes Sprinter fleet, matching uniforms, a tech photo texted before arrival, booties at the door. The team looks like something a property manager or building engineer can walk past a guest with.

Trusted across San Diego's premium properties.

Pure Light consistently met both the scope and the spirit of the contract. At the end of the day, the floors were very clean, the carpet was very clean. Very conscientious business relationship.
How a specialty engagement works.
Step 1
Scope walkthrough
On-site or virtual with the building engineer, captain, or hospitality director. We surface access constraints, guest windows, and any compliance triggers before anything is scheduled.
Step 2
Scheduled service
Scheduled around your operation, including between charters and checkouts, with off-hours windows when the property needs them. A Mercedes Sprinter arrives, a uniformed team steps out, a tech photo is texted before the bell, and portable equipment is staged for the environment.
Step 3
Documentation and follow-up
For Cal Fire flame-retardant jobs, an approved Title 19 §1321 certificate is issued and filed with the State Fire Marshal and your local fire authority within 10 days. For every job, a day-after satisfaction call and proactive re-engagement at 1, 2, and 3 years.
Can you actually get truck-mount extraction into a high-rise unit?
Can you actually get truck-mount extraction into a high-rise unit?
On upper floors, a standard truck-mount hose can't reach. We use portable equipment that plugs into a kitchen or utility closet for water and power, so a 15th-floor condo or a secured office on a top floor gets the same extraction quality as a ground-floor home.
How do you handle work on a berthed yacht without disrupting the marina?
How do we verify your Cal Fire registration for drape treatment in our ballroom?
What if your first method doesn't get the result we need?
Are you insured to work on our property?
Start with a scope walkthrough.
A specialty engagement is not a form-and-forget web quote. We'll walk your yacht, your building, or your property and scope the work honestly.
