Citrus, wine, and hard water leave dull rings that the room notices before a guest does. Etches are not stains. They are damage to the surface itself, which is why wiping harder never works.

Past factory, when the surface allows it. We can read a factory-finished piece of Carrara marble with a gloss meter and polish it to a higher finish than out of the box, and the same craft carries to granite.

If the granite's provenance is unknown, common on older buildings and undocumented remodels, we identify the stone with professional Stone ID kits during the free estimate.

Sequenced execution
We coordinate low-disruption windows with your team, and can work off-peak or overnight when a space requires it.
Step 4
Multi-method craft
If our first method doesn't solve it, we adjust methods until the expected result is achieved, within the realistic boundaries of the surface.

Sign-off and documentation
A post-job walkthrough with your facilities lead, then clean billing and a job summary you can file.
