Is the sealer visible?
No. It is a penetrating sealer, so it soaks into the grout instead of sitting on top of it. Your floor looks like it did the moment we finished cleaning, just protected from what hits it next.
How long does the sealing last on a commercial floor?
Anywhere from a year to several years, depending on foot traffic and the cleaning chemicals your team uses. Harsh over-the-counter cleaners shorten sealer life. We can walk you through product choices during the estimate.
Do you scale to multi-site facilities?
Yes. We already do. Our team runs a pre-job walkthrough at every site, coordinates around your calendar, and keeps one scope across the portfolio. Cajon Valley Union School District uses us across all of its roughly 30 sites on the same standard, with pre-job walkthroughs, one team, and one scope. School districts, hotel groups, and property portfolios use us the same way. Approximately 70% of our monthly jobs are repeat customers.
What surfaces qualify?
Porcelain, ceramic, and natural-stone tile with cementitious grout. Engineered stone and quartz do not need traditional sealing on this schedule; if that is the surface you have, ask us during the walkthrough and we will steer you to the right service.
Can you seal grout that is already dirty?
No. The clean must come first, or you are sealing the dirt in. That is why this service pairs the clean and the seal in one visit.
What if the grout can't be cleaned back to its original color?

Do you offer slip-resistance treatments on the same floor?
Yes. We run BOT-3000E DCOF testing to measure your floor's current slip resistance, and we apply RexPro non-slip coating (with grit additive) where the test says the floor needs it.
