How long does color sealing last in a commercial space?
Cleaned, color-sealed, and locked in with RexPro, a commercial restroom floor stays clean and looks new for up to ten years. Where your floor lands inside that depends on traffic, the products your team cleans with, and the condition of the grout when we start. We will tell you before you book.
Will color sealing change the color of my grout?
It will make it uniform, and you choose the color. Most facilities either match the original as closely as possible or move to a color that hides traffic better. If the current grout is patchy from repairs or replacements, one uniform color is usually the point.
Do you have to shut us down while you work?
No. We coordinate low-disruption windows with your team, and can work off-peak or overnight when a space requires it. On multi-zone spaces we work section by section so the space stays usable.
What is RexPro, and do I need it on top of color sealing?
RexPro is a premium coating that bonds to the surface and sits over the color seal as a protective layer. It is what takes the result from cleaned and sealed to a floor that holds up in commercial traffic. It is a recommendation, not a requirement, and we will tell you where it earns its place on your floor.
How is this different from regular tile and grout cleaning?

What does it cost?
We do not publish numbers, because grout condition, square footage, and access change the scope more than any price list can hold. You get a scoped estimate after we walk the floor, and it is free. What we can tell you is the comparison that matters: maintaining a floor sits far below replacing one, and replacement carries costs a quote never shows you, demolition, haul-away, and the days your space is out of service.
