RexPro is not a spray-and-leave product. It's a three-part covalent-bonding system, and the surface prep matters as much as the coating.
Step 1
Free on-site assessment.
Your commercial estimator walks the site, identifies the substrate, and scopes the work. No cost, no obligation.
Step 2
Surface preparation and cleaning.
We clean the substrate to coating-grade specification. For grouted floors, this may include grout color sealing before the RexPro application.
Step 3
RexPro three-part application.
The covalent-bonding coating is mixed and applied to manufacturer specification. Dwell and cure times are respected. No shortcuts.
Step 4
Post-job walkthrough and documentation.
We walk the finished surface with your facilities lead. Care instructions and warranty information are issued in writing.

How is RexPro different from a topical sealer like adsil?
A topical sealer sits on the surface, so it wears from foot traffic, cleaning chemistry, and UV. RexPro bonds covalently, so it becomes part of the substrate. That's the difference between an eighteen-month recoat cycle and an up-to-ten-year coating on properly prepared commercial surfaces. We used to apply adsil. We moved to RexPro because it holds.
